Problem The Plantronics Calisto BT Adapter that was supplied with Dragon Dictate or MacSpeech shows no lights when plugged into a USB Port on your Mac. You may have tried other ports and devices which work. The Bluetooth headset is undetected in the software. Solution Reset the PRAM / NVRAM.
