Problem When you try to scan from ReadIris, the program exits. Solution Close all programs. Go to your home folder. From there, go to Library/Preferences/ and move the ‘ReadIris 11 Prefs’ folder to the Trash. Then try scanning again.

.docx files download as zip files in Outlook Web Access
Problem When you download a .docx file from your email inbox which is powered by Outlook Web Access, the file downloads as a .zip file. Cause This is due to the web server configuration (which would need to be changed) where the mailserver is based, this occours in Outlook Web Accesss. Solution Contact the email administrator.
Adobe CS3 quits after activation
Problem Every time you run a CS3 application, it asks for activation. Upon successful activation, the program just quits. Solution Make sure all CS3 applications have been closed properly. Go to your home folder and remove the following folder: ~/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher/FLEXnet
Kaspersky blocking Javascript on some webpages
