Problem When you click the Check button in ClaroRead, the program crashes. Solution Close ClaroRead. Repair Microsoft Office.
When scanning to Readiris the program just quits
Problem When you try to scan from ReadIris, the program exits. Solution Close all programs. Go to your home folder. From there, go to Library/Preferences/ and move the ‘ReadIris 11 Prefs’ folder to the Trash. Then try scanning again.
"the file could not be found" when scanning in ClaroRead
Problem When you scan in ClaroRead you get the error “the file could not be found”. Solution Update ClaroRead to the latest version.
