Automatic Updates won’t install on XP

Scanning in Read & Write Gold produces a blank page

Problem When you scan in Texthelp Read & Write Gold, rather than the actual document being scanned it is just a blank page. Solution On the Texthelp toolbar, click the dropdown next to the Scanner button. Click Scanning Options. Uncheck the “Hide the scanner configuration dialogs” box. Click OK.
