Scanning in Read & Write Gold produces a blank page
Problem When you scan in Texthelp Read & Write Gold, rather than the actual document being scanned it is just a blank page. Solution On the Texthelp toolbar, click the dropdown next to the Scanner button. Click Scanning Options. Uncheck the “Hide the scanner configuration dialogs” box. Click OK.

Read & Write only scans part of the page
Problem When using Texthelp Read & Write, the whole page is not scanner, or is scanned incorrectly. Solution On the Texthelp toolbar, click the drop down next to the scanner icon. Click Scanning Options. Uncheck the option ‘Hide your scanner’s configuration dialogs’ and click OK.
